Zwischen Himmel und Höllental
Knapp oberhalb der Bergstation der Alpspitzbahn formen zwei Stahlträger ein schwebendes X über tausend Meter Tiefe. Damit entlockt die Aussichtsplattform AlpspiX selbst erfahrenen Bergfexen und Gipfelstürmen andächtige Ahs und Ohs – spätestens am verglasten Ende der rund 25 Meter langen Stege, von wo aus sich uneingeschränkte Weit- und Tiefblicke auf die Zugspitze, Waxensteine, die riesige Alpspitz-Nordwand und hinunter ins wilde Höllental ergeben.
Between beaven and hell valley
Just above the top station of the Alpspitzbahn, two steel beams form a floating X above thousand meters deep. The AlpspiX lookout platform itself will bring out the most experienced mountains and summit rulers to Ahs and Ohs – at the latest by the glazed end of the approximately 25-meter-long bridges, from where unobstructed views and vistas of the Zugspitze, Waxensteine, the huge Alpspitz-Nordwand and down into the wild Hellental.

For families a walk around the summit adventure trail around the Osterfelder head is a good idea. The pleasure trail from the mountain station of the Alpspitzbahn to the mountain station of the Kreuzeckbahn can also be combined with a spectacular view from the AlpspiX.
